Request Your Data Deletion

To request deletion of all data Ledgespace holds associated with your account or your Meta Ads connection, email hello@ledgespacehq.com with the subject line 'Data Deletion Request' and your registered email address. We will permanently delete all associated OAuth tokens, snapshots, client records, and agency data within 30 days and confirm via email.

Alternatively, you may cancel your account directly from the Billing section of your dashboard — this triggers automatic data deletion after the 30-day export window.
